What does working together cost?
We work on a project basis. Because effort, scope and team size differ a lot by situation, we prepare an individual proposal after the first call. Off-the-shelf flat rates would be dishonest.
Which offers does your approach suit?
Our approach suits advisory, high-value offers that are sold in a personal conversation. For low-priced products that sell themselves, a dedicated sales process is usually not economical.
Do you take over sales fully or just parts?
Both are possible. Some clients have us take over strategy, recruiting and management entirely, others bring us in for the specific block that is stuck.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work fully remotely with providers in the German-speaking region and internationally. Management, reviews and coordination run digitally and documented.
How fast is a working team in place?
It depends on the starting point. Audit and recruiting take care. Realistically we are talking weeks until the team works independently, not days.
